Your Mac watches your blinks so your eyes stay healthy.
Blink Tracker monitors your blink rate in real time and sends gentle reminders when you forget to blink. Prevent dry eyes, eye strain, and headaches caused by screen time.

When you focus on a screen, your blink rate drops from 15-20 blinks per minute to as low as 3-4. You don't notice it happening, but your eyes do.
Reduced blinking leads to:
- Dry, irritated eyes
- Eye strain and fatigue
- Persistent headaches
- Long-term corneal damage
How It Works
Sits in your menu bar
Blink Tracker runs quietly as a menu bar app. No dock icon, no windows in your way. Just a small eye icon showing your blink count.
Detects blinks in real time
Using your Mac's camera and Apple's Vision framework, Blink Tracker tracks your blink rate with on-device computer vision. Nothing is stored or sent anywhere.

- No accounts — No sign-up, no login required.
- No tracking — No analytics, no telemetry, no third-party SDKs.
- No ads — Ever.
Your camera feed is processed frame by frame in real time and immediately discarded. Nothing is recorded, stored, or transmitted.
