Using Duet
Duet is a couples app by Octo8 for people 18 and older. By using it you agree to these terms.
Your account & pairing
You’re responsible for your account and for who you pair with. A couple is two people.
Your content
You own the notes, lists, reminders, and other content you create. You give us permission to store and deliver it to your partner so the app can work. Don’t upload anything unlawful or that isn’t yours.
Being kind
Don’t use Duet to harass, abuse, or harm anyone. We may limit or end access for misuse.
Subscriptions
Some features may require Duet Premium, billed through the App Store. One subscription covers both partners. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings.
The app is provided “as is”
We work hard to keep Duet reliable, but can’t promise it’s error-free or always available. To the extent allowed by law, Octo8 isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continued use means you accept the update.
