The licence

No Way! Puzzle is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the EULA). These terms add the details specific to this game. Where the two differ, the EULA applies.

Playing

The daily board, the Novice and Medium packs, hints and Game Center are free. Free players solve pack boards in order: Medium opens after Novice is finished, and solved boards can always be replayed. The free version shows a full-screen ad between boards, never during one.

No Way? Premium

  • Premium is an auto-renewing yearly subscription sold through the App Store, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. The price is shown in the app and on the App Store before you confirm.
  • It unlocks the Hard and Advanced packs, lets you play any board in any order, opens the daily archive, adds new packs as they are released, and removes ads.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends, and then once a year.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings (iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Cancelling during the trial means you won’t be charged. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
  • Premium never changes a score: hints, stars and leaderboards work the same for everyone.

Fair play

Leaderboards are for fun. Don’t tamper with the app or its data to change scores; we may remove results that weren’t earned in the game.

Content

The boards, artwork, owl, sounds and text belong to Octo8. Share screenshots and your results as much as you like.

The app is provided “as is”

We work hard to keep No Way! Puzzle reliable and every board fair, but we can’t promise the app is free of errors or always available, including the daily board, which needs an internet connection the first time it loads. To the extent the law allows, Octo8 isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continuing to play means you accept the update.
