Sip It is intended solely for adults who are 18 or older, or the legal drinking age where they live, whichever is higher. The App asks you to confirm this before use. If you are under that age, do not use the App.

Sip It is entertainment. It is not an instruction to drink, and nothing in it should be treated as encouragement to drink beyond your limits.

• Every prompt can be played without alcohol. Treat a "sip" as any forfeit you like.
• Never drive after drinking, and never pressure anyone else to drink.
• Skip any card you are not comfortable with — the App has a skip button on every card for exactly this reason.
• Do not play if you are pregnant, taking medication that interacts with alcohol, or have any medical reason to avoid it.

You are solely responsible for your own conduct and wellbeing, and that of the people you are playing with, while using the App.

The App contains adult humour and prompts of a suggestive nature, including a "Spicy" mode which is more explicit than "Classic". Choose the mode that suits your group. We may add, change or remove cards at any time.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App or its card content, or use it to build a competing product.

The App is free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscription and no ads. If that ever changes, existing functionality you already have will not be placed behind a paywall retroactively.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Octo8 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss or damage arising out of your use of the App or your consumption of alcohol. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. We may also discontinue the App at any time. You can end this agreement at any moment by deleting the App.
