Usage Terms
The terms you agree to by using Boards Mobile — short version: as-is, with limited liability, you’re a party of one.
Acceptance
By installing and opening the app you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
License
You hold a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the binary downloaded from the iOS App Store on your personal devices. Reverse-engineering, redistribution and derivative works are out of scope.
Microsoft / Azure DevOps
Boards Mobile is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Microsoft Corporation or Azure DevOps; it is an unofficial, third-party client. “Azure DevOps” is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. It is a client over the Azure DevOps API; Microsoft’s own service terms and privacy policy apply to you separately.
PAT responsibility
You are responsible for the scope your PAT carries. Grant only what you need (Read / Read & Write). If you suspect the PAT is leaked or stolen, revoke it on the Azure DevOps side immediately.
Provided “as-is”
The app is provided as-is. There is no warranty that it will be defect-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Changes in Microsoft’s API, network conditions, or iOS releases may affect it.
Limitation of liability
No liability is accepted for direct, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising from your use of the app — even if the developer was advised of the possibility. Lost work, lost data, lost revenue are within this limit.
Termination
The license ends if you delete the app or breach the terms. The practical result of termination: you remove the app from your device — that’s it.
Governing law
Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and adjudicated by the courts of Istanbul.
