Support
We're a small studio and we read every message.
The fastest way to reach us is email: [email protected]. Tell us your device, your iOS or Android version and what you were trying to do — it helps us help you faster. If a result looks wrong to you, include the values you entered; we need to reproduce the calculation exactly.
Frequent questions
My bank quotes a different number. Why?
Usually one of three things: compounding frequency (your bank may compound monthly while you chose yearly), day count (365 days versus 360), or withholding tax. Check which figure you're reading with the Gross / Net / Real selector — the number on a bank's brochure is usually the gross one. Fees, commission and insurance are things the app cannot know about, so your bank's offer is always the binding one.
Where do the tax rates come from, and are they current?
Tax rules aren't buried in the code. They ship as rule packs, each carrying the date it took effect and its source. Today there are packs for Turkey, Germany, Spain and Brazil, plus a generic one. When a rate changes, the pack is refreshed in an app update. If your country isn't listed, use “Other — I'll enter my own rate” in Settings.
What does the profit-share wording switch do?
It moves the app's vocabulary into participation-banking terms. The calculation does not change at all — only the words on screen do.
Which calculations can I save?
All of them. Compound interest, loan, deposit, retirement (FIRE), inflation and goal seek — all six save, the list names the calculator each row came from, and tapping one reopens it in its own screen. (Earlier versions could only save compound interest.)
What's free, and what does Pro unlock?
All six calculators are free and unlimited, and you can save three calculations. Pro unlocks unlimited saved calculations, side-by-side scenario comparison, CSV and PDF export, and extra accent colours. Weekly, monthly and yearly plans are offered; monthly and yearly start with a free week.
How do I cancel my subscription?
The Settings → Manage subscription row in the app opens your store's own screen. To go there directly: on iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I restore a purchase?
In the app, open Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same account you subscribed with — your Apple Account on iPhone, your Google account on Android.
Where is my data, and can I delete it?
Your saved calculations and settings are on your phone only. There's no copy in the cloud and no account with us. Deleting the app deletes the data. Detail: Privacy Policy.
Does the app show ads?
No. There are no ads, not even in the free tier.
Which version does this page cover?
This site and its support cover both the iPhone version on the App Store and the Android version on Google Play. Where an answer applies to only one, it says so.
The calculations in the app are for information only; they are not investment, tax or legal advice. Detail in the Terms of Use.
